Phil is the President of National Business Brokers, Ltd., and has been a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker since 1976. He has been active in local and state associations in the real estate industry and is a Lifetime Member of the Certified Real Estate Agent Organization. Phil is also a licensed broker in the state of Kansas. His education includes a BA from the University of New York, graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and a graduate of the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council. Currently the Managing Broker and Vice President of National Business Brokers, Ltd. with responsibilities including sales, marketing, reviewing contracts, and overseeing the daily operations of this six-person office. Licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado for over 20 years in addition to prior licensing in Florida. David has a degree in Finance from Colorado State University and past experience includes work as a Financial Analyst with Gulf Oil Production & Exploration with an emphasis on profitability analysis and valuation of new and existing oil well ventures. Prior business experience includes co-ownership of a commercial slip-form construction company located in southeast Florida. Dave holds the Master Certified Business Counselor designation from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors and currently is serving as a Board Member. Additional accreditation includes the CMEA designation as a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser from the National Equipment and Business Brokers Institute. Rick Balzen - Senior Broker

Anxious to get on with life, Rick dropped out of college and bought his first business at the age of 19: a profitable convenience store/gas station. After a few years, he sold it, was married, and earned a degree in business (double major in Management and Marketing). Upon graduation, he became an account manager for a very large computer manufacturer, selling hardware and software solutions to the banking industry. Preferring the greater independence and challenge, he joined a small company in the mid-eighties to launch a new financial software application, managing sales and marketing as well as guiding product development. He later became a partner in a computer training and consulting company serving clients nationwide and, after five years of achieving significant growth in both revenues and profits, sold out in 1998 (near the top of the market!). Too young to retire and easily bored, Rick put his diverse background and interests to good use as a licensed business broker, where he brings considerable energy and creativity to finding good matches between buyers and sellers. Hillary Gale - Broker

With over 19-years of experience in business research, marketing, development, implementation, management and customer service, Hillary Gale provides a high level of professional service to all types of buyers and sellers covering all areas of a sale. Hillary began her career at Electronic Data Systems where she managed proposals winning over $20M in new business. After moving cross-country, Hillary worked at MCI holding customer relationship and management positions. Her responsibilities included managing the deployment of over $37M in equipment across the country for computer systems that generated $500M in revenue, managing divergent and sometimes conflicting needs as a customer account manager for a group of 1,000 and saving MCI over $30M through innovative processes and technology. After many changes at MCI, Hillary moved to Agilent Technologies to work in the Mergers, Acquisition and Divestiture group. Hillary managed the divestiture of a $6B division from Agilent which involved the transition of thousands of people in over 60 office and manufacturing locations from Agilent to the buying company. Due to her calm demeanor and problem solving skills she also served as the Global Escalation Manager for production impacting issues. Ready for a change, Hillary left Agilent to pursue her own business goals. Hillary is a part owner and serves as the COO of a local web development and maintenance business.
