||A Truly "Green" Product|
Description: This established company has spear-headed the change in the farming communities across the United States. They have promoted the use of smart, sustainable farming practices, with a strong mineral fertilizer for crops, livestock, and soil. You are being offered the opportunity to purchase a complete mining facility, fully equipped and operational, with approximately 1,800,000 tons of above ground product and a like amount still under ground. The common mining value calculations estimate the Asset Value to be $440,480,000.00 (Low) to $860,960,000.00 (High).
Since 1947 this company has been a fore-runner in the development and promotion of organic, easy to use, safe and inexpensive source of essential minerals working together to promote balance and life in soil. The mineral fertilizer is made from a naturally occurring mineral found in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. It is highly metamorphosed fresh water evaporate of the Mississippian-Pennsylvanian geologic transition period. It is approximately 30% water soluble in the first hour, the balance becoming available during the normal crop season – a natural time released fertilizer. A unique mineral that is plant available, bio active, and pH tolerant. An ideal fertilizer for all situations. From the mid-seventies until the mid-eighties the company flourished and produced approximately 600 tons of granulated product per day to some 8,400 customers (farmers) through a network of farmer-users/distributors throughout the country. Due to an untimely death in the family, the assets of the company were seized by the IRS (death tax) and the company was shut down which resulted in the loss of the distributors. A number of other family assets were subsequently sold to repurchase the mine and they began limited production at that time and continue today.
It is estimated that using 3 shifts per day there is a gross profit of $65.7mm per year with a Net of $52.56mm per year. At the end of 5 years the Net would be $262.8mm, at 10 years $525.6mm and the end of 15 years $788.4mm. Any company with an existing distribution base that can reach the Agriculture Industry or/and the Home and Garden Industry can easily see the enormous wealth to be gained by such an acquisition. Manpower requirements to generate this level of profit are minimal.
The Price of the Business, Real Estate, Mine and Processing Plant is to be suggested by Purchaser. New owner needs to have an "in" in the Agri or home and garden market, either distribution or retail. Or a use for the "organic" product in addition.
