My experience includes over 20 years of sales, marketing, and management in the manufacturing and service industries. I have successfully provided solutions for buyers and sellers in small to medium size businesses, as well as Fortune "500" clients. Buying and selling a business requires careful planning and preparation. Communication between the broker and client is a key to properly structuring a transaction to bring about a "Win-Win" result for both buyer and seller.
